Roundtables

Dear coordinator,
Please be advised that during the XXXIV CIP, round tables should take no longer than an hour and a half each.
For the sake of smooth progress of presentations, we would like to request that each coordinator previously arranges the sequence of presentations, as well as deliver a brief introduction of each participant. We also ask that the time allotted to each participant to be controlled (15-20 minutes), so that there is sufficient time left for a final debate with the audience (30 minutes). The presenters are asked to hand in their USB stick, containing their PowerPoint presentation half an hour prior to their presentation at the room assigned to the presentation. Due to time and technical reasons we kindly ask you not to use your personal notebooks.

We wish you all a great presentation!

Oral communication

Dear author,
Please be advised that during the XXXIV CIP, each individual oral communication will have a duration of 15 minutes, distributed in sessions of 60 or 90 minutes. Each session will consist of 3 or 5 papers and will be coordinated by one of the presenters. It is up to the coordinator to establish the order of presentations, and control for the time of each presentation. The presenters of the session are asked to be at the hall/room assigned 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the session in order to discuss final procedures.
For the smooth progress of the work, we ask that you introduce yourself briefly before beginning the presentation, referring to your qualifications and professional experience. It is important that the time limit previously set for each presentation is respected, to give an equal chance of presentation for all participantes, and that a debate with the audience may be held at the end of the session. The presenters are asked to hand in their USB stick, containing their PowerPoint presentation half an hour prior to their presentation at the room assigned to the presentation. Due to time and technical reasons we kindly ask you not to use your personal notebooks.

We wish you all a great presentation!
